Acceptable Return Conditions:

1. The item you received is damaged.
2. The item you received does not match your order (including any personalization choices made).

If your item is damaged or has a defect, please provide proper photo documentation within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition you received it
• Unworn and unused
• With tags still attached
• In its original packaging

Refunds:
For approved returns, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
